I had the very cool opportunity of taking promotional photos for this local musicians upcoming album release. We spent a lot of time working on a vision for the shoot. It needed to reflect the themes of the album: a society overrun with technology being slowly reclaimed by the earth. We wanted images that felt futuristic as well as natural, some evoking a sense of dread, others more peaceful. We drew a lot of inspiration from the textures of the city, shooting in multiple locations throughout the day. Overall, this is one of my favorite photo shoots in my portfolio.
